Building capacity at organisational and leadership level, including areas like leading teams, inspirational
leadership, coaching/counselling/mentoring, team alignment and development, project management skills, consulting skills, client experience management, as well as the conceptualisation, detailed design and
facilitation of organisational alignment and culture transformation processes.
